目的：探讨机化型慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期的护理体会。方法：回顾笔者所在科室2例机化型慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期的护理措施。结果：患者经过手术治疗和正确的护理措施，手术后未发生并发症，出院时恢复良好。结论：充分的术前准备和术后正确的护理措施是预防并发症的发生、提高生存率的关键。
목적：탐토궤화형만성경막하혈종위수술기적호리체회。방법：회고필자소재과실2례궤화형만성경막하혈종위수술기적호리조시。결과：환자경과수술치료화정학적호리조시，수술후미발생병발증，출원시회복량호。결론：충분적술전준비화술후정학적호리조시시예방병발증적발생、제고생존솔적관건。
Objective:To study the organization type of chronic subdural hematoma perioperative nursing experience.Method:2 cases of type machine chronic subdural hematoma perioperative nursing measures in our department were been reviewed.Result:The patients after surgical treatment and proper nursing measures,which were without complications after the surgery and the hospital recovering well.Conclusion:Sufficient preoperative preparation and postoperative correct nursing is the key to prevent the happening of the complications and improve the survival rate.
