目的：探讨牵引结合中药内服治疗高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年4月—2014年4月收治的48例高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折患者，给予牵引与中药内服联合治疗，观察患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果随访6~10个月，48例患者中优23例（47.9％），良17例（35.4％），可6例（12.5％），差2例（4.2％），优良率为83.3％（40/48）。在随访过程中，有4例（8.3％）患者发生并发症。结论高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折患者采用牵引联合中药内服治疗的疗效显著，且并发症发生率低。
目的：探討牽引結閤中藥內服治療高齡粉碎性股骨轉子間骨摺的臨床療效。方法選取我院2012年4月—2014年4月收治的48例高齡粉碎性股骨轉子間骨摺患者，給予牽引與中藥內服聯閤治療，觀察患者的臨床效果及併髮癥髮生情況。結果隨訪6~10箇月，48例患者中優23例（47.9％），良17例（35.4％），可6例（12.5％），差2例（4.2％），優良率為83.3％（40/48）。在隨訪過程中，有4例（8.3％）患者髮生併髮癥。結論高齡粉碎性股骨轉子間骨摺患者採用牽引聯閤中藥內服治療的療效顯著，且併髮癥髮生率低。
목적：탐토견인결합중약내복치료고령분쇄성고골전자간골절적림상료효。방법선취아원2012년4월—2014년4월수치적48례고령분쇄성고골전자간골절환자，급여견인여중약내복연합치료，관찰환자적림상효과급병발증발생정황。결과수방6~10개월，48례환자중우23례（47.9％），량17례（35.4％），가6례（12.5％），차2례（4.2％），우량솔위83.3％（40/48）。재수방과정중，유4례（8.3％）환자발생병발증。결론고령분쇄성고골전자간골절환자채용견인연합중약내복치료적료효현저，차병발증발생솔저。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traction combined with Chinese traditional medicine on eld-erly comminuted femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 48 elderly cases with comminuted femoral intertrochan-teric fracture were selected in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014. All casss were treated by traction and Chinese tradition-al medicine,and the clinical effect and complications were observed. Results The follow - up lasted for 6 to 10 months,ex-cellent effect was 23 cases(47. 9% ),good effect was 17 cases(35. 4% ),content effect was 6 cases(12. 5% ),badeffect was 2 cases(4. 2% ),the excellent and good rate was 83. 3% (40 / 48). During the follow - up,4 cases(8. 3% )occurred complications. Conclusion Traction combined with Chinese traditional medicine has certain effect and less complication on eld-erly comminuted femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
