[目的]探讨特性要因图这一质量管理工具在降低难免性压疮发生中的作用。[方法]对2013年1月—2013年6月发生难免性压疮的案例应用特性要因图质量管理工具进行分析，并制订改进措施，分析应用特性要因图质量管理工具应用前后难免性压疮发生率与程度。[结果]应用特性要因图这一质量管理工具后难免性压疮发生率低于应用前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]运用特性要因图质量管理工具对难免性压疮进行分析，采取相应的措施，能降低难免性压疮的发生率。

Obj ective:To probe into the effect of charateristic diagram quality management tool for reducing occurrence of inevitable bedsore. Methods:The cases with inevitable bedsore from January in 2013 to June in 2013 were analyzed by charateristic diagram quality management tool and to formulate the improvement measures.The incidence and degree of inevitable bedsore was analyzed before and after applying charateristic di-agram quality management tool.Results:The incidence of inevitable bed-sore after the application of charateristic diagram quality management tool was lower than that before its application and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can reduce the incidence of inevitable bedsore to analyze the inevitable bedsore by using the charac-teristic diagram quality management tool and to take corresponding measures.
