目的观察自拟膏方治疗老年人反复呼吸道感染(RRI)恢复期的疗效及护理影响。方法用自拟膏方治疗老年人呼吸道感染恢复期患者42例，运用护理主动干预管理，6个月为1个疗程，1年后统计疗效。结果治愈24例，显效13例，有效5例，无效0例，总有效率为100豫。结论本膏方能有效增强老年人机体免疫力，结合护理干预，明显减少了复发次数、减轻了临床症状，达到预防及治疗老年人RRI的目的。

목적관찰자의고방치료노년인반복호흡도감염(RRI)회복기적료효급호리영향。방법용자의고방치료노년인호흡도감염회복기환자42례，운용호리주동간예관리，6개월위1개료정，1년후통계료효。결과치유24례，현효13례，유효5례，무효0례，총유효솔위100예。결론본고방능유효증강노년인궤체면역력，결합호리간예，명현감소료복발차수、감경료림상증상，체도예방급치료노년인RRI적목적。
Objective To observe the paste treat ef ect and nursing influence ofthe elderly repeated respiratory infection(RRI)recovery.Methods Using the paste to treat 42 recoveryelderly patients with respiratory tract infection,and using the active intervention of nursing management,half a year for a period of treatment,analysis resultsafter a year of treatment.Results 24 cases cured,13 cases were markedly ef ective,ef ective in 5 cases,0 case non-ef ect,the total ef ective rate was 100%.Conclusion The cream can ef ectively enhance immunity in the elderly,combined with nursing intervention, significantly reduced the recur ence rate,relieve the clinical symptoms,achieve the goal of prevention and treatment of the elderly RRI.
