目的探讨神经节苷脂钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法2012年1月~2014年1月在我院住院的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病80例,根据治疗方法不同随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组常规治疗的基础上加神经节苷脂钠治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效评分,神经反射、肌张力恢复时间。结果总有效率实验组明显高于对照组(<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组意识恢复时间,肌张力的恢复时间,神经反射恢复时间较对照组显著加快(<0.05)。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的神经节苷脂钠治疗,不仅能改善临床症状,减少神经损伤,促进神经功能的恢复,且无明显副作用,可减少并发症,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토신경절감지납치료신생인결양결혈성뇌병적림상료효。방법2012년1월~2014년1월재아원주원적신생인결양결혈성뇌병80례,근거치료방법불동수궤분위실험조화대조조,매조각40례,대조조채용상규치료,실험조상규치료적기출상가신경절감지납치료,비교량조치료후림상료효평분,신경반사、기장력회복시간。결과총유효솔실험조명현고우대조조(<0.05)。여대조조상비,치료조의식회복시간,기장력적회복시간,신경반사회복시간교대조조현저가쾌(<0.05)。결론신생인결양결혈성뇌병적신경절감지납치료,불부능개선림상증상,감소신경손상,촉진신경공능적회복,차무명현부작용,가감소병발증,개선환자예후,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical curative ef ect of ganglioside sodium in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods From 2012 June to 2014 June in our hospital neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in 80 cases, muscle tension recovery time was significantly faster. Patients of the 2 groups after 15 d treatment and NBNA score was significantly increased after 3 D treatment. Results The total ef iciency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group consciousness recovery time, the recovery time of muscle tension, neural reflex recovery time compared with the control group ( <0.05) significantly speed up.Conclusion Ganglioside sodium in the treatment of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, not only can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the neurological damage, promote the recovery of neurological function, and no obvious side ef ect, can reduce the complications, improve the prognosis of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
