脏疾病常并发静脉血栓，为此，我们观察了部分血液凝固和抗凝指标，结果显示，肾脏疾病血液凝固性均增强，AT-I I蛋白含量在急性肾衰时降低，但是AT-I I含量减低；因此，在治疗和预防肾脏过程中降低其凝固性则显得十分必要[1]。
