目的探讨简易流水冲洗引流装置在腹腔深部脓肿治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析20l3~2014年在江苏省第二中医院接受简易流水冲洗引流装置治疗3例腹腔深部脓肿的临床资料。操作方法院CT明确脓肿部位及大小后，在局麻下经腹壁行小切口，安置简易流水冲洗引流装置，2例患者引流后感染症状逐渐缓解，另外1例行横结肠造瘘后，均最终治愈。结论使用简易流水冲洗引流装置治疗腹腔深部脓肿，并且明显较少临床医师换药频率，减轻患者痛苦，疗效非常满意，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the simple water washing drainage equipment application in deep abdominal abscess treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 l3~2014 in the second hospital of jiangsu province simple water washing drainage equipment treatment the clinical data of 3 cases of deep abdominal abscess. Operation method:CT abscesses clear location and size, under local anesthesia in smal incision through the abdominal wal , simple water washing the drainage device, two cases of patients with symptoms of infection after drainage gradual y ease, the other routine transverse colostomy, the final cure.Conclusion Using simple water washing deep treatment of abdominal abscess drainage device, and significantly fewer clinicians switching frequency, reduce the patients pain, very satisfied curative ef ect, worth clinical promotion.
