目的总结甲状腺功能亢进患者放射性131I治疗的护理体会。方法用131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者62例，指导饮食，辐射防护知识教育和对治疗的反应，治疗和随访术后并发症的观察及护理。结果62例患者131I治疗和护理后疗效好于对照组。结论甲状腺功能亢进患者131I处理后，提高治愈率和生活质量，降低病死率。

Objective To summarize the experience in nursing patients with thyroid hyperthyroidism radioactive 131I.
