目的：了解手术室护士对标准预防相关知识的掌握现状，为有针对性地开展继续教育提供依据。方法自行设计标准预防相关知识调查问卷，对90名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士标准预防相关知识得分（5.66±3.34）分，及格率57.78％；不同工龄、职称的护士相关知识得分差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0.01）。结论手术室护士对标准预防相关知识掌握程度欠佳，护理管理者应根据护士不同层次拟定相应的培训内容，制定规范的培训计划，以便更好掌握和执行标准预防措施，降低院内感染的发生。

Objective To understand the present status of mastering standard precaution knowledge in operation room nurses in order to provide the basis for continuing education.Methods Ninety nurses in operation room were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire of standard prevention related knowledge.Results The scores of standard precaution knowledge in these nurses were 5.66 ±3.34.Passed rate was 57.78%.The scores were significantly different among different seniorities or titles(P<0.01).Conclu-sion The master degree of standard prevention knowledge in operating room nurses is poor.Nursing managers should formulate the cor-responding training content and training plan in accordance with the levels of nurses to grasp and implement standard prevention meas-ures in order to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
