目的:探讨肾脏动静脉瘘( renal arteriovenous fistulas,rAVF)的CT血管造影( CT angiography,CTA)征象,以减少误诊及漏诊。方法分析18例经数字减影血管造影技术( digital substraction angiography,DSA)确诊的rAVF患者的CTA影像学资料,所有扫描图像均进行容积再现( VR)、多平面重建( MPR)、最大密度投影( MIP)和曲面重建( CPR)等后处理。结果18例rAVF共发现18个病灶,检查结果与DSA相符。 CTA均清晰显示供血动脉、引流静脉及畸形血管团,其中8例清楚显示肾动脉与静脉间的瘘口。结论 rAVF具有典型的CTA征象,CTA检查可以提供可靠的无创性诊断依据。
目的:探討腎髒動靜脈瘺( renal arteriovenous fistulas,rAVF)的CT血管造影( CT angiography,CTA)徵象,以減少誤診及漏診。方法分析18例經數字減影血管造影技術( digital substraction angiography,DSA)確診的rAVF患者的CTA影像學資料,所有掃描圖像均進行容積再現( VR)、多平麵重建( MPR)、最大密度投影( MIP)和麯麵重建( CPR)等後處理。結果18例rAVF共髮現18箇病竈,檢查結果與DSA相符。 CTA均清晰顯示供血動脈、引流靜脈及畸形血管糰,其中8例清楚顯示腎動脈與靜脈間的瘺口。結論 rAVF具有典型的CTA徵象,CTA檢查可以提供可靠的無創性診斷依據。
목적:탐토신장동정맥루( renal arteriovenous fistulas,rAVF)적CT혈관조영( CT angiography,CTA)정상,이감소오진급루진。방법분석18례경수자감영혈관조영기술( digital substraction angiography,DSA)학진적rAVF환자적CTA영상학자료,소유소묘도상균진행용적재현( VR)、다평면중건( MPR)、최대밀도투영( MIP)화곡면중건( CPR)등후처리。결과18례rAVF공발현18개병조,검사결과여DSA상부。 CTA균청석현시공혈동맥、인류정맥급기형혈관단,기중8례청초현시신동맥여정맥간적루구。결론 rAVF구유전형적CTA정상,CTA검사가이제공가고적무창성진단의거。
Objective To analyze the image features of CT angiography( CTA) of renal arteriovenous fistulas( rAVF) in order to reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods The CTA images of 18 patients with rAVF that was confirmed by digital substraction angiography( DSA) were retrospectively analyzed.All the images were post processed in volume rendering( VR) ,multipla-nar reconstruction ( MPR ) , curved planar reformation ( CPR ) and maximum intensity projection( MIP) .Results Eighteen foci were detected in the 18 patients with rAVF,which were consistent with the results of DSA.CTA clearly displayed the feeding artery,draining vein and mass of malformed vascular.The renal artery and vein fistula were clearly shown in 8 foci.Conclusion rAVF has typical signs of CTA which may provide a noninvasive and reliable diagnosis for the disease.
