The daVinci Surgical System,as an advanced technique,has gained particular attention over the world.In this re-view,we focused on the application and prospects of the surgical system in hepato-biliaryp-ancreatic surgery and compared the new technique with the traditional surgery and laparoscopic surgery .We also objectively evaluated the advantages and existing problems of this technique to show its vast developmental prospects.
