采用教学实验法、专家咨询发、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对在高校排球选修课中实施暗示教学法及其效果进行了综合分析,结果表明:(1)经系统的暗示教学后,实验班大学生在排球的传球及垫球两项基本技术的掌握上,好于使用一般教学的对照班,且差异显著。原因在于实施暗示教学,教师能够从主观与客观两方面对大学生施加正向暗示及引导,有效的增强了大学生学习排球技术的自信心,且老师的良好期待也能够化作大学生自觉练习排球传球、垫球的学习行为。(2)实验班与对照班大学生在排球的发球技术的掌握上不存在显性差异,主要原因在于两班在发球练习方面均受限于现有条件,练习次数有限,且发球环节暗示教学法的效果不太理想。(3)实验结果表明,经系统暗示教学后的实验班同学学习自主选择性强于对照班,而对照班大学生由于教学方法较为保守,其在外化原则与缺乏学习动机指标高于实验班同学,显示其排球技术学习行为维持需要比实验班更大的外力来驱动。
採用教學實驗法、專傢咨詢髮、問捲調查法、數理統計法,對在高校排毬選脩課中實施暗示教學法及其效果進行瞭綜閤分析,結果錶明:(1)經繫統的暗示教學後,實驗班大學生在排毬的傳毬及墊毬兩項基本技術的掌握上,好于使用一般教學的對照班,且差異顯著。原因在于實施暗示教學,教師能夠從主觀與客觀兩方麵對大學生施加正嚮暗示及引導,有效的增彊瞭大學生學習排毬技術的自信心,且老師的良好期待也能夠化作大學生自覺練習排毬傳毬、墊毬的學習行為。(2)實驗班與對照班大學生在排毬的髮毬技術的掌握上不存在顯性差異,主要原因在于兩班在髮毬練習方麵均受限于現有條件,練習次數有限,且髮毬環節暗示教學法的效果不太理想。(3)實驗結果錶明,經繫統暗示教學後的實驗班同學學習自主選擇性彊于對照班,而對照班大學生由于教學方法較為保守,其在外化原則與缺乏學習動機指標高于實驗班同學,顯示其排毬技術學習行為維持需要比實驗班更大的外力來驅動。

In this paper,the author uses the experimental method of teaching, expert advice hair, questionnaire, mathematical statistics,and their effect on the implemen-tation of the implied teaching elective courses in college volleyball, as a result, the author conducts a comprehen-sive analysis, the research shows that the experimental class students in the master volleyball ball on the ball and pad two basic techniques, better than using the control classes in general education,and the difference was signif-icant. The reason is that the implementation implies teach-ing,teachers can both subjective and objective guidance on applying a forward implied and college students, and effective technologies to enhance the learning volleyball college students self-confidence,and good looking college teacher can also be turned into a conscious practice vol-leyball ball, mat ball learning behavior. ( 2 ) the experi-mental class and the control class college students do not grasp the difference in the presence of dominant volleyball serve technology, mainly due to two classes in terms of serving all subject to the existing conditions to practice, practice a limited number of sectors and serve Suggestope-dia the effect is not ideal. ( 3 ) The experimental results showed that the system implies that the experimental class teaching students to learn self-selective than the control class,while the control class college teaching methods due to more conservative principles and the lack of an outer motivation index higher than the experimental class students, display their volleyball skills learning behavior need to maintain a larger force than the experimental class to drive.
