采用教学实验法、专家咨询发、问卷调查法、数理统计法，对在高校排球选修课中实施暗示教学法及其效果进行了综合分析，结果表明：(1)经系统的暗示教学后，实验班大学生在排球的传球及垫球两项基本技术的掌握上，好于使用一般教学的对照班，且差异显著。原因在于实施暗示教学，教师能够从主观与客观两方面对大学生施加正向暗示及引导，有效的增强了大学生学习排球技术的自信心，且老师的良好期待也能够化作大学生自觉练习排球传球、垫球的学习行为。(2)实验班与对照班大学生在排球的发球技术的掌握上不存在显性差异，主要原因在于两班在发球练习方面均受限于现有条件，练习次数有限，且发球环节暗示教学法的效果不太理想。(3)实验结果表明，经系统暗示教学后的实验班同学学习自主选择性强于对照班，而对照班大学生由于教学方法较为保守，其在外化原则与缺乏学习动机指标高于实验班同学，显示其排球技术学习行为维持需要比实验班更大的外力来驱动。

In this paper,the author uses the experimental method of teaching, expert advice hair, questionnaire, mathematical statistics,and their effect on the implemen-tation of the implied teaching elective courses in college volleyball, as a result, the author conducts a comprehen-sive analysis, the research shows that the experimental class students in the master volleyball ball on the ball and pad two basic techniques, better than using the control classes in general education,and the difference was signif-icant. The reason is that the implementation implies teach-ing,teachers can both subjective and objective guidance on applying a forward implied and college students, and effective technologies to enhance the learning volleyball college students self-confidence,and good looking college teacher can also be turned into a conscious practice vol-leyball ball, mat ball learning behavior.
