四川木里梭罗沟金矿床位于甘孜—理塘构造成矿带的南段、唐央复式背斜南东倾伏端（或唐央穹窿南缘），目前已探明储量属大型岩金矿床。矿体产于上三叠统曲嘎寺组蚀变基性火山岩中，受近东西向断裂控制。矿床具多期成矿特点，属构造蚀变岩型—中低温热液型金矿床。
사천목리사라구금광상위우감자—리당구조성광대적남단、당앙복식배사남동경복단（혹당앙궁륭남연），목전이탐명저량속대형암금광상。광체산우상삼첩통곡알사조식변기성화산암중，수근동서향단렬공제。광상구다기성광특점，속구조식변암형—중저온열액형금광상。
The Suoluogou Au deposit in Muli, Sichuan lies on the southern margin of the Tangyang dome in the southern section of the Garzê-Litang tectonic-metallogenic belt. The deposit is confined to the altered basic volcanic rock of the Upper Triassic Qugasi Formation and controlled by nearly EW-trending fracture zone. The deposit is a structural altered rock type one which was formed by multiple ore-formation.
