我国非奥运项目数量庞大、具有广泛的群众基础且百姓喜闻乐见，但其发展不能仅仅依赖于国家，将其推向社会可以得到更快的发展。由于国家政策导向等原因，非奥运项目走社会化发展模式已成为一种必然趋势。本文通过对非奥项目发展现状的调查，找出发展滞后的原因，并以此提出相应的观点，从发展模式、资金来源、项目建设等方面提出可行性建议，促进非奥运项目的普及与深度发展。

아국비오운항목수량방대、구유엄범적군음기출차백성희문악견，단기발전불능부부의뢰우국가，장기추향사회가이득도경쾌적발전。유우국가정책도향등원인，비오운항목주사회화발전모식이성위일충필연추세。본문통과대비오항목발전현상적조사，조출발전체후적원인，병이차제출상응적관점，종발전모식、자금래원、항목건설등방면제출가행성건의，촉진비오운항목적보급여심도발전。
\Non-Olympic sports in China are numerous and popular,but its development should not be too depend-ent on the state;instead,socialization may be the way out. As matter of fact,due to reasons such as national policy guidance,socialized development of non-Olympic sports has become an inevitable trend. This paper investigates the current situation of the development of non-Olympic sports,intending to find out the reasons for their sluggish devel-opment,and suggests corresponding solutions concerning the development model,capital sources,and project con-struction,etc. The study aims to promote the popularization and in-depth development of. non-Olympic sports.
