针对足球运动项目的专项特点,对江苏舜天U-17运动员实施“核心力量”训练方案的效果进行探讨,观察训练前、后足球运动员专项力量、耐力素质以及专项速度的变化,结果表明:队员在进行常规训练的同时实施“核心力量”训练方案,实验前后5项成绩指标均有提高,其中曲线运球、正方形交叉运球、自抛跳起头顶球3项成绩有显著性差异,其它两项运球折返和后退跳起头顶球实验前后成绩也有较大进步,说明核心力量训练配合常规训练对提高足球运动员的专项运动能力具有良好功效。
針對足毬運動項目的專項特點,對江囌舜天U-17運動員實施“覈心力量”訓練方案的效果進行探討,觀察訓練前、後足毬運動員專項力量、耐力素質以及專項速度的變化,結果錶明:隊員在進行常規訓練的同時實施“覈心力量”訓練方案,實驗前後5項成績指標均有提高,其中麯線運毬、正方形交扠運毬、自拋跳起頭頂毬3項成績有顯著性差異,其它兩項運毬摺返和後退跳起頭頂毬實驗前後成績也有較大進步,說明覈心力量訓練配閤常規訓練對提高足毬運動員的專項運動能力具有良好功效。

This paper investigates the effect of implemen-tation of“core strength” training program of Jiangsu Sain-ty U -17 players for the special characteristics of foot-ball,and observes the changes special forces, endurance quality as well as special speed of football players before training and after training. The results showed that:when implement the “core strength” training program with rou-tine training at the same time for the team,all five indica-tors of achievements were improved after the performance of experiments, where the three grades of curve dribble, square cross dribble and self-throw-jump-head-ball had significant difference,and the other two experiment results of folded back dribble and back-jump-head-ball had grea-ter progress before experiment and after. These indicate that core strength training combined with conventional training can take good effect to improve special capacity of football players.
