跳水运动员在起跳过程中,身体处在不平衡状态,而要使运动员身体在转体过程中保持平衡的话,那么必须加强核心控制力的训练,进而稳定腰腹躯干,才能完成各种高难度的跳水动作。本文通过阐述核心训练的定义,并与实践相结合,阐明了核心力量训练对增强青少年跳水运动员腰腹力量起到的作用,并提出了在核心力量训练过程中需要关注的方法和注意事项,归纳了训练思路,为在运动员训练中推广采用核心力量训练,增强运动员核心稳定性,提供了一定的理论依据。
跳水運動員在起跳過程中,身體處在不平衡狀態,而要使運動員身體在轉體過程中保持平衡的話,那麽必鬚加彊覈心控製力的訓練,進而穩定腰腹軀榦,纔能完成各種高難度的跳水動作。本文通過闡述覈心訓練的定義,併與實踐相結閤,闡明瞭覈心力量訓練對增彊青少年跳水運動員腰腹力量起到的作用,併提齣瞭在覈心力量訓練過程中需要關註的方法和註意事項,歸納瞭訓練思路,為在運動員訓練中推廣採用覈心力量訓練,增彊運動員覈心穩定性,提供瞭一定的理論依據。
도수운동원재기도과정중,신체처재불평형상태,이요사운동원신체재전체과정중보지평형적화,나요필수가강핵심공제력적훈련,진이은정요복구간,재능완성각충고난도적도수동작。본문통과천술핵심훈련적정의,병여실천상결합,천명료핵심역량훈련대증강청소년도수운동원요복역량기도적작용,병제출료재핵심역량훈련과정중수요관주적방법화주의사항,귀납료훈련사로,위재운동원훈련중추엄채용핵심역량훈련,증강운동원핵심은정성,제공료일정적이론의거。
The diver in takes off in the process,the body in a state of imbalance,and should make the athlete body to maintain the balance of the words in the rotation process. So we must strengthen the core control force training, thus stabilizing the lumbar abdomen trunk, to complete a variety of very difficult dive. In this paper, through the definition of core training,and combining the practice,expounds the role of core strength training to en-hance the young diverlumbo abdominal strength to play, and a method was put forward to need to focus on the core strength trainingprocess and the matters needing atten-tion,summed up thetraining way of thinking,for the pro-motion of the use of core strength training in the training of athletes in athletes, enhance core stability, provide a theoretical basis.
