根据甘肃省工业经济发展现状及发展要求和目标，从工业经济发展水平、持续能力、竞争能力、经济效益、社会效益、能源与环境保护等六个层面入手，通过20项指标构建了一套信息全面且能充分体现甘肃省工业经济发展特征的指标体系。在此基础上，进一步编制甘肃省工业经济发展指数及甘肃省各市州的工业经济发展指数，据此对甘肃省工业经济发展的过程和状况进行时间维度和空间维度的立体分析与评价，分析与评价结果表明，甘肃省工业经济发展整体形势向好，同时各层面因素变动的差异性较大；甘肃省工业经济发展整体水平不高，且地域差异性较大。

According to Gansu province industrial economic development status and requirements and tar-get, starting with industrial economic development level, and development continued capacity, and de-velopment competition capacity, and economic benefits, and social benefits, and energy and environmen-tal protection, and, through 20 items indicators, we build an full-information indicators system which can reflect industrial economic development features of Gansu province. Based on the indicators system, we compiled Gansu province industrial economic development index and each city of Gansu province in-dustrial economic development indices. Analysis and evaluation results of Gansu province industrial eco-nomic development of process and situation from the time dimension and space dimension indicates that, Gansu province industrial economic development overall situation is good, and all the direction factors have Great changes;The level of Gansu province industrial economic development is not high, and it has great changes among different cities.
