目的：探讨在外科护理案例教学中用退休护士作为标准化病人的方法及效果。方法对退休护士进行标准化病人的培训和选拔，编制外科急腹症案例，用退休护士作为标准化病人进行案例教学。结果学生认为该模式能提高实践技能（71.7%）、知识掌握（61.7%）和学习自觉性（60.0%）。学生全部通过考核，≥80分者85.0%。结论在案例教学中用退休护士作为标准化病人的教学效果较好，并可发挥退休护士的职业优势。
목적：탐토재외과호리안례교학중용퇴휴호사작위표준화병인적방법급효과。방법대퇴휴호사진행표준화병인적배훈화선발，편제외과급복증안례，용퇴휴호사작위표준화병인진행안례교학。결과학생인위해모식능제고실천기능（71.7%）、지식장악（61.7%）화학습자각성（60.0%）。학생전부통과고핵，≥80분자85.0%。결론재안례교학중용퇴휴호사작위표준화병인적교학효과교호，병가발휘퇴휴호사적직업우세。
Objective To evaluate the effects of applying standardized patient acted by retired nurses in case-based learning in the course of Surgical Nursing. Methods The retired nurses were trained to act standardized patients with acute abdominal disease in the case-based learning. Results Most students reported that this teaching method promoted their practical ability (71.7%),mastery of knowledge (61.7%) and learning initiative (60.0%). All students passed the exam and 85.0% got a score higher than 80 points. Conclusion The retired nurses acting standardized patient achieves good teaching outcomes in case-based learning. Moreover,this practice can make full use of the advantage of retired nurses.
