唇腭裂是最常见的出生缺陷之一,这种疾病可影响到除视力以外所有口腔颌面器官的形态和功能,严重影响患儿的身心健康及家庭的生活质量,治疗过程复杂且周期长,给社会带来极大负担。代谢组学主要利用高分辨率的核磁共振(Nuclear magnet ic resonance,NMR)技术测定生物液体样本[1],通过模式识别(Pat tern recog nit ion)和主成分分析(Principalcomponentanalysis,PCA)确定生物体由外源性物质刺激及自身遗传变异而致畸的内源性小分子代谢物组成分的变化,对代谢物组谱进行动态追踪,并将这些代谢信息与病理生理过程中的生物学事件关联起来,从而揭示生命活动的代谢本质。通过代谢组学可以对唇腭裂这种先天性疾病的发病机制以及药物使用做更深入和快速的研究。本文主要综述对唇腭裂患者与非唇腭裂者代谢物质差异的研究现状以给现代唇腭裂治疗提供理论参考。

cleft lip and palate is one of the most common birth defects,the disease can af ect al the oral and maxil ofacial organs except vision of form and function,the serious influ-ence children's physical and mental health and family's quality of life,the treatment process is complex and cycle is long,a great burden to society.Metabonomics mainly using high resolution Nuclear magnetic resonance (Nuclear al IC resonance,NMR)technology [1],the determination of liquid sample by pat ern recognition (Pat tern recog nit ion)and principal component analy-sis (Principalcomponentanalysis,PCA)to determine the biology was deformed by exogenous substances stimulation and genetic variation and the change of endogenous smal molecule metabolites of points,to carry on the dynamic tracking,the metabolites of spectrum and pathological physiological and metabolic information in the process of biological events,thus revealing the essence of life activity metabolism.Of this kind of congenital cleft lip and palate through metabonomics can disease pathogenesis and drug use to do more in-depth studies and fast.This article mainly re-views the metabolism of patients with cleft lip and palate and cleft lip and palate group dif erences of research to provide theoretical reference to modern treatment of cleft lip and palate.
