进一步提高门诊急诊工作效率,提升患者满意度,某院对影响门诊工作效率和质量的预约诊疗、自助缴费、诊间付费、药房发药、急诊信息共享环节进行信息化流程细节改造,改造后门急诊服务效率、服务质量及病员满意度得到明显提升,进一步缓解了群众“看病难”问题,取得满意效果是细节优化的可行策略。
