对该例标本采用非测量性观察法和体质测量观察法综合考察发现，腹腔干发出胃左动脉、脾动脉和肝总动脉；肝总动脉直接发出三支动脉，即肝左动脉、肝右动脉和胃十二指肠动脉，且未见肝固有动脉；肝左动脉、肝右动脉和胃十二指肠动脉三支位于同一解剖位点，肝右垂直于另两支动脉。综合以上分析，该例标本属于肝总动脉缺如变异。
對該例標本採用非測量性觀察法和體質測量觀察法綜閤攷察髮現，腹腔榦髮齣胃左動脈、脾動脈和肝總動脈；肝總動脈直接髮齣三支動脈，即肝左動脈、肝右動脈和胃十二指腸動脈，且未見肝固有動脈；肝左動脈、肝右動脈和胃十二指腸動脈三支位于同一解剖位點，肝右垂直于另兩支動脈。綜閤以上分析，該例標本屬于肝總動脈缺如變異。
대해례표본채용비측량성관찰법화체질측량관찰법종합고찰발현，복강간발출위좌동맥、비동맥화간총동맥；간총동맥직접발출삼지동맥，즉간좌동맥、간우동맥화위십이지장동맥，차미견간고유동맥；간좌동맥、간우동맥화위십이지장동맥삼지위우동일해부위점，간우수직우령량지동맥。종합이상분석，해례표본속우간총동맥결여변이。
the cases of specimens using non measurement method of observation and the observation physical measurement comprehensive investigation found that celiac axis from the left gastric artery,splenic artery and hepatic artery;Common hepatic artery issued three artery directly,left hepatic artery,right hepatic artery and gastroduodenal artery,and did not see the proper hepatic artery;Liver left and right hepatic artery and gastroduodenal artery three in the same anatomical site,right hepatic perpendicular to the other two arteries.Comprehensive the above analysis,the cases of specimens as part of the common hepatic artery is absent.
