目的：对欣母沛在产妇防治产后出血中的治疗效果进行临床观察，并作相关客观评价。方法本次选择的观察对象均为近两年来在我院因胎盘前置而进行剖宫产的妊娠妇女，共有100例。对其临床资料进行详细分析，其中进行常规治疗的有50例，作为本次的对照组；另50例进行欣母沛预防治疗产妇作为观察组。分别对两组产妇产后的出血量及止血时间进行临床防治观察。结果使用欣母沛进行预防产后出血产妇出血量明显减小，止血时间缩小，第三产程时间也逐步缩短与进行常规治疗的对照组相比，差异具有统计学方法（P＜0．05）。结论产科应用欣母沛防治产妇产后出血疗效确切，安全性较高，适合临床使用。
목적：대흔모패재산부방치산후출혈중적치료효과진행림상관찰，병작상관객관평개。방법본차선택적관찰대상균위근량년래재아원인태반전치이진행부궁산적임신부녀，공유100례。대기림상자료진행상세분석，기중진행상규치료적유50례，작위본차적대조조；령50례진행흔모패예방치료산부작위관찰조。분별대량조산부산후적출혈량급지혈시간진행림상방치관찰。결과사용흔모패진행예방산후출혈산부출혈량명현감소，지혈시간축소，제삼산정시간야축보축단여진행상규치료적대조조상비，차이구유통계학방법（P＜0．05）。결론산과응용흔모패방치산부산후출혈료효학절，안전성교고，괄합림상사용。
Objective:Mother to hin repeatedly in the prevention and control of maternal postpartum hemorrhage treatment ef ects in clinical observation,and the related objective evalua-tion.Methods:The choice of observed objects are al in the past two years in our hospital for cesarean section due to placenta previa pregnant women,a total of 100 cases.Detailed analysis is made to the clinical data,including routine treatment of 50 cases,as the control group;The other 50 cases of yan pei preventive treatment maternal as observation group.Respectively on two groups of maternal postpartum blood loss and the bleeding time for clinical prevention and treatment of observation.Results:Mother use hin repeatedly to prevent postpartum hemorrhage maternal blood loss decreases obviously,the bleeding time,third time labor also gradual y reduced compared with the control group routine treatment,dif erence have statistical methods (P <0.05 ). Conclusions:Mother obstetric application hin of prevention and treatment of maternal postpartum hemorrhage curative ef ect,high safety,suitable for clinical use.
