目的：分析冠心病合并糖尿病的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析172例患者的临床资料，其中82例为冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者，将其分为观察组，余者90例为单纯冠心病患者，将其分为对照组，比较两组患者的空腹血糖、HbA1c、血脂水平及舒张压、收缩压。结果：观察组的空腹血糖、HbA1c 水平均显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0．05）；血脂检测结果中，仅TC一项指标两组差异无显著性，观察组的TG、FPG、HDL－C、LDL－C等指标与对照组均有显著差异，差异具统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组的收缩压、舒张压水平也高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：与单纯冠心病患者相比，冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床症状更加严重，检测指标均出现异常，危险性更高，因此临床治疗过程中要特别注意。
목적：분석관심병합병당뇨병적림상특점。방법：회고성분석172례환자적림상자료，기중82례위관심병합병2형당뇨병환자，장기분위관찰조，여자90례위단순관심병환자，장기분위대조조，비교량조환자적공복혈당、HbA1c、혈지수평급서장압、수축압。결과：관찰조적공복혈당、HbA1c 수평균현저고우대조조，차이구통계학의의（P＜0．05）；혈지검측결과중，부TC일항지표량조차이무현저성，관찰조적TG、FPG、HDL－C、LDL－C등지표여대조조균유현저차이，차이구통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조적수축압、서장압수평야고우대조조，차이구통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：여단순관심병환자상비，관심병합병당뇨병환자적림상증상경가엄중，검측지표균출현이상，위험성경고，인차림상치료과정중요특별주의。
Objective:to analyze the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease and diabetes mel itus.Methods:a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 172 patients,inclu-ding 82 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus,divided into the observation group,more than 90 cases were treated with coronary heart disease patients,they were divided into the control group,compared two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose,HbA1c,lipid levels,systolic and diastolic blood pressure pressure.Results:the group of fasting blood glucose,HbA1c levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,the diference has statistical significance (P&lt;0.05);lipid testing results,only a TC index ofthe two groups had no significant diference,group were significantly diferent with the control group TG,FPG,HDL-C,LDL-C index,diference statistical significance (P&lt;0.05);ob-servationgroupofsystolicpressure,diastolicpressurelevelishigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,thediferencehasstatisticalsignificance(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:comparedwithsim-ple CHD patients,the clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes is more serious,indices were abnormal,higher risk,so special at ention should be paid to the clinical course of treatment.
