目的:比较显微根管再治疗与传统根管再治疗的临床疗效,探讨根管显微镜在磨牙根管再治疗中的作用。方法:随机选取临床上需要根管再治疗的磨牙256颗,按照治疗方法随机将其分为显微镜组(n=132)和传统组(n=124)。记录首次治疗失败原因,根管再次探查和疏通的效果、再治疗根管充填效果及一年的随访效果,比较2组治疗成功率。结果:256颗磨牙首次治疗失败原因有根管充填不完善、根管钙化、器械分离、根管遗漏、髓腔穿孔;显微根管再治疗一年随访成功率显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:根管显微镜的使用,有助于提高磨牙根管再治疗的可视性及可操作性,治疗效果优于传统根管再治疗。

목적:비교현미근관재치료여전통근관재치료적림상료효,탐토근관현미경재마아근관재치료중적작용。방법:수궤선취림상상수요근관재치료적마아256과,안조치료방법수궤장기분위현미경조(n=132)화전통조(n=124)。기록수차치료실패원인,근관재차탐사화소통적효과、재치료근관충전효과급일년적수방효과,비교2조치료성공솔。결과:256과마아수차치료실패원인유근관충전불완선、근관개화、기계분리、근관유루、수강천공;현미근관재치료일년수방성공솔현저고우전통조(P<0.05)。결론:근관현미경적사용,유조우제고마아근관재치료적가시성급가조작성,치료효과우우전통근관재치료。
Objective:To compare the ef ect of the microscopic root canal retreatment and traditional retreatment in order to investigating the value of endodontic microscopes.Methods:256 teeth required root canal retreament were col ected randomly and divided into two groups as microscopic group and traditional group randomly.The success rates of two groups were compared by analysis the cause of failure after completion of initial treatment,the uncloging ef ect of the root canal,the fil ing ef ect of retreatment and fol ow-up prognosis after one year.Results:The cause of failure after completion of initial treatment were included incomplete rootfil ing,root canal calcification,instrument fractrue,missing of root canal and pulp cavity perforation;the success rates of prognosis in microscopic group was significantly higher than the traditional ones(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is contribute to improving visibility and operability in the process of root canal retreatment by using endodontic microscopes and the treatment ef ect of microscopic was bet er than traditional ones.
