目的：对应用冠状切口手术方式对患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：选择在我院就诊的患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者56例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组28例。采用常规手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗；采用冠状切口手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者面部外观和功能恢复正常时间、临床治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组；围手术期出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组；复杂面中部骨折疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：应用冠状切口手术方式对患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
목적：대응용관상절구수술방식대환유복잡면중부골절질병적환자실시치료적림상효과진행연구。방법：선택재아원취진적환유복잡면중부골절질병적환자56례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，평균매조28례。채용상규수술방식대대조조환자실시치료；채용관상절구수술방식대치료조환자실시치료。결과：치료조환자면부외관화공능회복정상시간、림상치료계화실시총시간명현단우대조조；위수술기출현불량반응적인수명현소우대조조；복잡면중부골절질병치료효과명현우우대조조。결론：응용관상절구수술방식대환유복잡면중부골절질병적환자실시치료적림상효과비상명현。
Objective:To apply coronal incision surgical approach for patients with complex diseases midface fractures implementation of the clinical ef ects of treatment were studied. Methods:In our hospital patients suf ering from complex midface fracture 56 cases of the disease were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,with an average 28 cases in each group. Using conventional surgical treatment for patients with control group;using coronal incision surgical treatment for patients with treatment group.Results:facial appearance and function in patients treated group returned to normal time,clinical treatment plans to implement the total time was significantly shorter than the control group;the number of perioperative adverse reactions was signif-icantly less than the control group;midface fractures complicated disease treatment was significantly bet er than the control group.Conclusion:coronal incision surgical approach for patients with complex diseases midface fractures implementation of clinical treatment ef ect is very obvious.
