目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）及内分泌腺性血管内皮生长因子（endocrine gland－derived vascular endothelial growth factor，EG－VEGF）在子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者在位及异位内膜组织中的表达。方法用免疫组织化学及蛋白免疫印迹方法检测28例在位内膜、22例异位内膜（内异症组）及34例正常内膜（对照组）组织中VEGF及EG－VEGF蛋白定位及表达。结果免疫印迹和免疫组化检测到VEGF及EG－VEGF在三组子宫内膜中均有表达；内异症组内膜VEGF，EG－VEGF蛋白表达高于同期对照组。结论 VEGF，EG－VEGF可能在内异症疾病的发生发展中起着重要意义。
목적：탐토혈관내피생장인자（Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）급내분비선성혈관내피생장인자（endocrine gland－derived vascular endothelial growth factor，EG－VEGF）재자궁내막이위증（내이증）환자재위급이위내막조직중적표체。방법용면역조직화학급단백면역인적방법검측28례재위내막、22례이위내막（내이증조）급34례정상내막（대조조）조직중VEGF급EG－VEGF단백정위급표체。결과면역인적화면역조화검측도VEGF급EG－VEGF재삼조자궁내막중균유표체；내이증조내막VEGF，EG－VEGF단백표체고우동기대조조。결론 VEGF，EG－VEGF가능재내이증질병적발생발전중기착중요의의。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endocrine gland-derived vascular endothelial growth factor (EG-VEGF)in endome-triosis.MethodsFromSep.2010toSep.2011,34casesendometriosisgroupwerepostoperativeconfirmedbypathologyforovarianendometriosis,Accordingtodiferentsourcesoforganizationis divided into the case group and endometriosis group.In the mean time ,endometria from 34 patients with uterine fibroids curet age admission were selected as controls.Using western blot and im-munohistochemistry method detected the expression of VEGF,EG-VEGF between the three Groups.Results Western blot and immunohistochemistry of VEGF,EG-VEGF were observed in al groups.The expression of VEGF,EG-VEGF 1in endometriosis were higher than those in the control group .Conclusion VEGF,EG-VEGF played an important role in the occurrence and de-veloping of endometriosis.
