目的：分析和探讨临床上护理干预措施对实施腹腔镜切除术的临床疗效的影响。方法选择肝胆外科2012年9月至2013年6月期间收治的患者中，实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，分别施行不同的临床护理干预措施进行研究。结果观察组患者在手术、手术后排气和下床活动时间方面，与对照组相比有显著优势（P＜0．05）。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论对临床实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者实施术前、术中和术后的综合护理措施之后，有效地缩短了手术实施的时间，促进了患者术后的恢复，减少了术后并发症的发生。
목적：분석화탐토림상상호리간예조시대실시복강경절제술적림상료효적영향。방법선택간담외과2012년9월지2013년6월기간수치적환자중，실시복강경담낭절제술적환자78례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조량조，분별시행불동적림상호리간예조시진행연구。결과관찰조환자재수술、수술후배기화하상활동시간방면，여대조조상비유현저우세（P＜0．05）。관찰조환자적술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론대림상실시복강경담낭절제술적환자실시술전、술중화술후적종합호리조시지후，유효지축단료수술실시적시간，촉진료환자술후적회복，감소료술후병발증적발생。
Objective to analyze and investigate the clinical ef ects of nursing intervention on the clinical ef ect of laparoscopic resection of implementation.Methods selected from 2012 September to 2013 June during Department of hepatobiliary surgery patients,the implementation of 78 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group two groups,respectively,the implementation of clinical nursing intervention study of dif erent.Results the observation group patients in the operation,postoperative exhaust and ambulation time,have a significant advantage compared with the control group (P <0.05).The complication rate was lower than the control group patients in the observation group after operation (P <0.05).Conclusions after the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postopera-tive clinical,ef ectively shorten the operation time,promote the postoperative recovery,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
