目的探讨手足口病（HFMD）患儿血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）的变化及临床意义。方法将81例肠道病毒71型（EV71）感染的 HFMD患儿分为三组：普通型22例，重症型19例，危重型40例。采用化学发光法检测三组患儿血清中的甲状腺素：T3、T4、TSH、FT3，FT4水平并比较。结果三组患儿血清中 T3、T4、FT4、TSH、FT3水平比较无统计学差异（ P ＞0．05）。结论 EV71感染 HFMD患儿血清中甲状腺激素水平与患儿病情的严重程度不相关。
목적 탐토수족구병（HFMD）환인혈청중삼전갑상선원안산（T3）、갑상선소（T4）、촉갑상선격소（TSH）、유리삼전갑상선원안산（FT3）、유리갑상선소（FT4）적변화급림상의의。방법 장81례장도병독71형（EV71）감염적 HFMD환인분위삼조：보통형22례，중증형19례，위중형40례。채용화학발광법검측삼조환인혈청중적갑상선소：T3、T4、TSH、FT3，FT4수평병비교。결과 삼조환인혈청중 T3、T4、FT4、TSH、FT3수평비교무통계학차이（ P ＞0．05）。결론 EV71감염 HFMD환인혈청중갑상선격소수평여환인병정적엄중정도불상관。
Objective] To explore the change of serum triiodothyronine(T3 ) ,thyroxine(T4 ) ,thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) ,free T3(FT3 ) and free T4(FT4 ) in children with hand foot mouth disease(HFMD) .[Methods]A total of 81 children with HFMD infected by enterovirus 71(EV71) in feces detected by RT‐PCR were divided into common type group( n=22) ,severe type group( n=19) and critically severe type group( n=40) .Serum levels of thyroid hormones T3 ,T4 ,FT3 ,FT4 and TSH of 3 groups were detected by chemiluminescence method .[Results]There was no significant difference in serum levels of T3 ,T4 ,FT4 ,FT3 and TSH among 3 groups( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]Serum levels of thy‐roid hormones in children with HFMD infected by EV71 is not associated with the severity of disease .
