地面超深注浆堵水钻孔由于受到岩石的各向异性、岩石硬度差距较大的互层以及人为钻进操作工艺不合理等因素影响,钻孔偏斜率难以控制,往往出现终孔偏距严重超限,无法满足注浆要求的现象,严重影响注浆效果甚至造成钻孔报废。采用定向钻井技术可以在偏距严重超限的注浆钻孔内且岩石完整、硬度较软和曲率半径合理的孔段施工分支定向钻孔,达到纠偏或重新施工分支注浆钻孔的目的。
