针对矿用截齿过快磨损失效问题,该文提出利用激光熔覆技术对截齿进行表面修复,概述了激光熔覆技术的原理、方法及特点,归纳了半导体激光器在激光熔覆应用中不可替代的优势,分析了激光输出功率等重要参数对激光熔覆质量的影响,为开展截齿可靠性研究及其推广应用提供了丰富的理论依据。

To solve the excessive wear failure problem of mine picks, this paper proposed the laser cladding technology for surface restoration. We outlined the principles, methods and characteristics of the laser cladding technology, and summarized the irreplaceable advantages in laser cladding applications. In addition, the effect of important parameters such as laser output power on the laser cladding quality was discussed, which provided a rich theoretical basis.for promoting the reliability study and the application of picks.
