针对过去钻孔法抽采距离短、孔径小、抽采效果差以及结合现场地质条件和瓦斯突出情况,研究和分析了新型封孔材料的原理和效果,提出了大直径瓦斯抽放技术。通过对柏林煤矿N2492工作面Φ120mm大直径和N2452、N2472工作施工的Φ75mm钻孔瓦斯抽放效果对比分析,得出新型瓦斯抽放技术能够提高单产,发展机械化,具有很好的经济和社会价值,具有进一步推广的意义。

In the past, the hole drilling method has the short extraction distance, small aperture, and poor drainage effect, and combined with the geological conditions and the gas outburst state, studied and analyzed the principle and effect of new sealing material, and put forward the large diameter gas drainage technology. By drilling the 120mm diameter bore in N2492 working face and the 75mm diameter bore in N2452, N2472 working face of Berlin coal mine, Contrasted the gas drainage effect, the results showed that the new gas drainage technology can improve the yield, the development of mechanization, and had a good economic and social value, and a further promotion of signiifcance.
