Door trim is an important part of the automotive interior, have very high requirement for comfort prope- rty. The gap and flush of door trim play a vital role for door trim appearance and perceived quality,reflecting the d- esign and process level of door trim. This article mainly discusses research methods of gap and flush of automotive door trim,analyze the gap and flush of door trim internal parts and gap between door trim with the surrounding environmental parts,summarizes gap and flush of door trim setting methods and key points, can be used for setting reasonable gap and flush, improve perceived quality and comfort property of door trim.
