对主要测厚方法进行比较,提出对薄壁容器壁厚的测量采用电阻应变测量技术更为可靠;利用应力状态理论和广义胡克定律,推理出薄壁圆筒容器一点处轴向应力和周向应力与壁厚之间的数值关系;并采用电阻应变测量技术,找到一种通过测量圆筒容器一点的正应变来测量容器壁厚的方法,具有重要的工程意义。

Based on the comparison of main methods of measuring thickness,it is considered that the resistance strain measurement technique to measure the thickness of thin-wall vessel is more reliable. By the stress-state theory and generalization Hooke law,the numerical relationship between the wall thickness and the longitudinal stress and hoop stress at a given point for thin-walled cylindrical container is reasoned,and then by means of resistance strain measurement technique,a method to measure the wall thickness of cylinder container by measuring given point normal strain is found,and is of important engineering significance.
