为解决充气轮胎在越野路面行驶的防破损问题,提高车辆通过性能,对机械弹性车轮的牵引性能进行了研究。通过对机械弹性车轮特殊承载方式进行分析,建立了考虑车轮滑转和地面切应力的驱动轮牵引性能预测模型,推导了车轮沉陷、土壤推力、挂钩牵引力等计算公式;对机械弹性车轮和普通充气轮胎的牵引性能进行了对比,结果表明与普通轮胎相比机械弹性车轮具有较好的通过性能;研究了机械弹性车轮刚度、半径和宽度对牵引性能的影响规律,为车轮结构设计及整车动力学优化提供了参考。

The traction performance of mechanical elastic wheel was researched in order to reduce the risk of pneu-matic tire puncture and enhance the vehicle's traction performance when a car is running on the off-road surface. The forecasting model of the driving wheel's traction performance was built taking the wheel spin and surface shear-ing stress into account.The calculation formulas of mechanical elastic wheel's sinkage, soil thrust, drawbar pull, etc.were deduced.Specifically, the comparison is made between mechanical elastic wheel and common pneumatic tire in the aspect of traction performance.The results indicated that the mechanical elastic wheel has better trafic-ability than the common pneumatic tire.The influence law of mechanical elastic wheel's rigidity, radius and width on traction performance was researched.The research provides a reference for the design of the wheel structure and optimization of the whole vehicle.
