针对导管桨的设计和优化问题,提出了螺旋桨环流理论、泵升力法相结合的方法。在设计过程中,采用升力线理论变分法求解最佳环量、泵升力法设计桨叶剖面、面元法预报导管桨性能和流场,通过迭代的方式获得推进性能收敛的导管桨。应用该方法对某案例进行了导管桨设计,并采用CFD方法对设计结果进行了验证,结果表明:该方法设计的导管桨能够满足设计要求;与其他方法设计结果对比表明,采用该方法设计的导管桨推进性能和空泡性能更好。
針對導管槳的設計和優化問題,提齣瞭螺鏇槳環流理論、泵升力法相結閤的方法。在設計過程中,採用升力線理論變分法求解最佳環量、泵升力法設計槳葉剖麵、麵元法預報導管槳性能和流場,通過迭代的方式穫得推進性能收斂的導管槳。應用該方法對某案例進行瞭導管槳設計,併採用CFD方法對設計結果進行瞭驗證,結果錶明:該方法設計的導管槳能夠滿足設計要求;與其他方法設計結果對比錶明,採用該方法設計的導管槳推進性能和空泡性能更好。

In this paper, a method is proposed for the optimal design of a ducted propeller.The proposed method combines the propeller circulation theory and the pump lifting line method.It obtains the optimum radial circulation distribution of the propeller by using the lifting line theory and variational calculus method.It also designs the sec-tion of propeller by the pump lifting design method, uses the surface panel method to forecast the ducted propeller performance and its velocity flow, and obtains the ducted propeller with convergent performance using the iterative method.A ducted propeller was designed using the proposed method.The computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) method was also applied to further verify the hydrodynamic performance.The results showed that the ducted propel-ler designed in this paper can meet the design requirement.The comparison with other methods showed that the pro-posed method for ducted propellers has a significantly improved thruster performance and cavitations'performance.
