目的：分析一种新的手术切口在23G玻璃体切割手术治疗眼球内异物中的优缺点。方法应用23G微创玻璃体切割联合改良异物取出口治疗22例眼球内异物患者，观察其在降低手术并发症方面的效果。结果22例患者均一次性取出眼内异物，术后视力明显提高，无一例出现术中锯齿缘离断及术后异物取出口玻璃体增殖。结论改良异物取出口可保持术中眼压恒定，异物取出后及时缝合异物取出口，其他眼内操作均经过23 G巩膜套管进出眼球，降低了切口并发症的发生。
목적：분석일충신적수술절구재23G파리체절할수술치료안구내이물중적우결점。방법응용23G미창파리체절할연합개량이물취출구치료22례안구내이물환자，관찰기재강저수술병발증방면적효과。결과22례환자균일차성취출안내이물，술후시력명현제고，무일례출현술중거치연리단급술후이물취출구파리체증식。결론개량이물취출구가보지술중안압항정，이물취출후급시봉합이물취출구，기타안내조작균경과23 G공막투관진출안구，강저료절구병발증적발생。
Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of an improved incision in treatment of intraocular foreign body through 23G vitrectomy.Methods 22 eyes were diagnosed with intraocular foreign body and received 23G vitrectomy, in which improved incision was applied to observe the effect.Results The intraocular foreign body was all dislodged once, visual activity was raised after oper-ation, no ora serrata mutilation took place in operation and no proliferative vitreous inside improved incision took place.Conclusion The improved incision can cut down the occurrence of incision complication.
