目的:了解急危重症患者家属心理需求满足程度。方法采用自制问卷调查表对百色市两家三甲医院共136名急诊危重患者家属进行问卷调查。结果94.12%的家属对患者病情不了解;93.38%家属对治疗方案不满意;而仅7.35%家属从医生方面了解患者病情。结论急诊医护人员在抢救患者的同时应重视家属这一群体的心理需求的满足,以维护其身心健康,帮助其度过心理难关,从而有利于医患纠纷的防范。
目的:瞭解急危重癥患者傢屬心理需求滿足程度。方法採用自製問捲調查錶對百色市兩傢三甲醫院共136名急診危重患者傢屬進行問捲調查。結果94.12%的傢屬對患者病情不瞭解;93.38%傢屬對治療方案不滿意;而僅7.35%傢屬從醫生方麵瞭解患者病情。結論急診醫護人員在搶救患者的同時應重視傢屬這一群體的心理需求的滿足,以維護其身心健康,幫助其度過心理難關,從而有利于醫患糾紛的防範。
목적:료해급위중증환자가속심리수구만족정도。방법채용자제문권조사표대백색시량가삼갑의원공136명급진위중환자가속진행문권조사。결과94.12%적가속대환자병정불료해;93.38%가속대치료방안불만의;이부7.35%가속종의생방면료해환자병정。결론급진의호인원재창구환자적동시응중시가속저일군체적심리수구적만족,이유호기신심건강,방조기도과심리난관,종이유리우의환규분적방범。
Objective To investigation the demands of critical patient' relatives in emergency department. Methods 136 families of critical patients in the department of a hospital in Baise were investigationed with a self-made questionnaire survey. Results As to the demands ranking of critical patient' family members, the top three were don't understand the patient's condition (94.12%), and not satisfied with the cur ent treatment options (93.38%), the way to understand the patient's state of il ness was single (92.65%). Conclusion While in rescuing patients, The staf of the Emergency Department should pay at ention to the needs of their families at the same time, to take appropriate and timely interventions to meet the psychological needs of families, to maintain physical and mental health, and increase satisfaction of the patients' relatives and the quality of care in the Emergency Department.
