目的:建立原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的含量。方法将样品稀释5倍后,加入5%硝酸镧2mL,采用AAS法测定醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的含量,检测波长为422.7nm;燃气类型为空气-乙炔;灯电流:6mA;狭缝宽度:0.5nm。结果 Ca2+在5~15μg· mL -1范围内与对应的吸光度值呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9991;定量限为0.5μg· mL -1;氯化钙回收率在97.2%~102.8%之间( n=9),RSD为1.7%。结论本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的质量控制。

목적:건립원자흡수광보법(AAS)측정작산납림격주사액중록화개적함량。방법장양품희석5배후,가입5%초산란2mL,채용AAS법측정작산납림격주사액중록화개적함량,검측파장위422.7nm;연기류형위공기-을결;등전류:6mA;협봉관도:0.5nm。결과 Ca2+재5~15μg· mL -1범위내여대응적흡광도치정량호선성관계,상관계수위0.9991;정량한위0.5μg· mL -1;록화개회수솔재97.2%~102.8%지간( n=9),RSD위1.7%。결론본방법간단、쾌속、준학;가용우작산납림격주사액중록화개적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE To establish an AAS method to determine calcium chloride in Sodium Acetate Ringer′s Injection.METHODS The sample was directly diluted 5 times and added 5%lanthanum nitrate 2 mL,the content of calcium chloride in the samples was determined by AAS under the condition as follows:detection wavelength was 422.7nm,the flame tape was air/acetylene,the lamp current was 6mA,slit width was 0.5nm.RESULTS The good linear relation was obtained from 5 to 15μg · mL-1 for Ca2+with a regression coefficient of 0.9991.The limit of quantitation was 0.5μg· mL-1.The averaged recovery rate of calcium chloride ranged from 97.2%to 102.8%( n=9) with RSD of 1.7%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control calcium chloride in Sodium Acetate Ringer′s Injection.
