目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定退黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Luna 5μm C18(2)110A(250×4.60mm,5micron)色谱柱;流动相:0.3%磷酸溶液-甲醇(52∶48);流速:1.0mL· min -1;检测波长为277nm;进样量10μL。结果黄芩苷浓度在17.74μg· mL -1~88.68μg· mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;黄芩苷平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 为0.45%(n =9)。结论本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于测定退黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量。

목적:건립반상고효액상색보법측정퇴황합제중황금감적함량。방법채용Luna 5μm C18(2)110A(250×4.60mm,5micron)색보주;류동상:0.3%린산용액-갑순(52∶48);류속:1.0mL· min -1;검측파장위277nm;진양량10μL。결과황금감농도재17.74μg· mL -1~88.68μg· mL-1범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계,r=0.9999;황금감평균회수솔위99.7%,RSD 위0.45%(n =9)。결론본방법간편、준학、전속성강,가용우측정퇴황합제중황금감적함량。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Tuihuang mix-ture.METHODS The chromatographic analysis was performed on Luna 5μm C18 (2) 110A(250 ×4.60mm, 5micron) column.The mobile phase was consisted of 0.3% phosphoric acid solution-methanol(52∶48).The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 277nm with injection volume 10μL.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over the range of 17.74μg· mL-1 ~88.68μg· mL-1 ( r=0.9999).The average recov-ery of baicalin was 99.7% with RSD 0.45%( n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,specific and will be used for the quality control of baicalin content in Tuihuang mixture.
