目的:建立测定新风胶囊中芒柄花黄素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 welch material Inc C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水(40∶60),流速为1.0mL· min -1,检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果芒柄花黄素在0.197μg~1.574μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000,n=6),平均回收率为100.73%(RSD=1.48%)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于新风胶囊中芒柄花黄素的含量测定,可为该制剂全面的质量控制奠定基础。

목적:건립측정신풍효낭중망병화황소함량적방법。방법채용고효액상색보법。색보주위 welch material Inc C18주,류동상위을정-0.2%린산수(40∶60),류속위1.0mL· min -1,검측파장위250nm,주온위30℃,진양량위10μL。결과망병화황소재0.197μg~1.574μg범위내선성관계량호(r=1.0000,n=6),평균회수솔위100.73%(RSD=1.48%)。결론해방법간편、준학、중복성호,괄용우신풍효낭중망병화황소적함량측정,가위해제제전면적질량공제전정기출。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of formononetin in Xinfeng Cap-sules.METHODS HPLC method was adopted.A welch material Inc C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid (40∶60) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 250nm and column temperature was 30℃.The injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS The formononetin showed a good linear relationship within the rage of 0.197μg ~1.574μg ( r =1.0000, n =6 ).The average recovery was 100.73%( RSD=1.48%).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,time-saving and can be used in the determi-nation of formononetin in Xinfeng Capsules.
