Adhatoda ventricosa%Knee Osteoarthritis%Articular cartilage morphology
目的:研究海南大驳骨对骨性关节炎模型大鼠膝关节软骨形态学的影响。方法按随机数字表法将30只大鼠分为3组,每组10只,分别为A组(空白对照组组),B组(模型对照组),C组(大驳骨治疗组)。将B组与 C 组大鼠用木瓜蛋白酶、L-半胱氨酸对大鼠膝关节造模,造模成功后用等量的生理盐水和大驳骨浓煎液分别对B组和C组灌胃4周,在第七周将大鼠处死观察膝关节软骨变化情况。结果观察大鼠膝关节腔及软骨的光滑度、颜色、透明度等变化,B组模型对照组与A组空白对照组大鼠膝关节各指标比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);C组大驳骨治疗组与B组模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组大驳骨治疗组与 A组空白对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大驳骨能够减轻骨性关节炎模型大鼠膝关节软骨的退变,对骨性关节炎模型大鼠膝关节软骨形态的修复有影响。

목적:연구해남대박골대골성관절염모형대서슬관절연골형태학적영향。방법안수궤수자표법장30지대서분위3조,매조10지,분별위A조(공백대조조조),B조(모형대조조),C조(대박골치료조)。장B조여 C 조대서용목과단백매、L-반광안산대대서슬관절조모,조모성공후용등량적생리염수화대박골농전액분별대B조화C조관위4주,재제칠주장대서처사관찰슬관절연골변화정황。결과관찰대서슬관절강급연골적광활도、안색、투명도등변화,B조모형대조조여A조공백대조조대서슬관절각지표비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);C조대박골치료조여B조모형대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);C조대박골치료조여 A조공백대조조비교,무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론대박골능구감경골성관절염모형대서슬관절연골적퇴변,대골성관절염모형대서슬관절연골형태적수복유영향。
OBJESTIVE To study the effect of bone cartilage morphology of Hainan Adhatoda ventricosa on knee joint osteoarthritis model rats.METHODS 30 rats were divided into three groups according to random number table method,each group of 10,Group A (blank control group),group B (model control group) model,group C ( Adhatoda ventricosa treatment group) respectively.Group B and C rats with Papain,L -cysteine in rat knee made model.After the success of made model,rats of group B and group C with the same amount of NS and Adhatoda ven-tricosa concentrated decoction gavage respectively for 4 weeks,and killed rats to observe changes in knee joint carti-lage in 7th week.RESULTS Observation the change of smoothness,change color,transparency of rat cartilage of the knee joint cavity, Comparing the index, group B and C rats knee difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 );group C and B rats knee difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 );group C and A rats knee differ-ence was no statistically significant( P>0.05 );CONCLUSION Adhatoda ventricosa could alleviate osteoarthritis model rats of knee joint cartilage degeneration,and have some effect on knee joint osteoarthritis model rats in the form of cartilage repair.
