根据电动激振器原理设计优化了一款微型激振器。首先运用CATIA进行三维建模设计和二维图纸转换。再运用MSC .Nastran软件建立了该微型激振器可动系统的有限元模型,并进行了振动模态、频率响应和磁场强度的计算。对该微型激振器的性能指标进行计算分析,采用离散优化方法,对其主要几何尺寸进行了优化设计。通过优化前后数据和图表的对比分析可以得出,保证了该微型激振器具有良好的工作频率特性,满足了实验设计的基本要求。

Based on the principle of the electric shaker a micro‐shaker is optimization designed .Using CATIA to design three‐dimensional model and convert drawing .Using MSC .Nastran to establish the finite element model of the micro‐shaker moving parts ,and the vibration modal ,frequency response and magnetic field were calculated .The micro‐shaker performance indicators were calculated .Using discrete optimization methods ,the main geometry were optimized .By comparing the old data and new one ,that ensure the micro‐shaker has a good working frequency characteristics and reach the basic requirements of the experimental design .
