对近年来国内外期刊中有关当归研究的文献进行检索和归纳分析，对当归的药理作用进行综述，指出当归具有多种药理学效应如抗血小板聚集、抗炎、增强机体免疫力、对脑缺血损伤的保护、抗肿瘤、调经、平喘等作用，其药效物质基础有待深入研究。

We have searched, collected and analyzed the literature about the studies of DangGui[Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels] at home and abroad in recent years, summed up pharmacological actionsof DangGui, it is pointed out that DangGui owns different pharmacological effects:antiplatelet aggregation, antiinflammation, enhanc-ing body immunity, the protection to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, anti-tumor, regulating menstruation, re-lieving asthma and other, and the researches about its pharmacodynamic material basis need to be further explored.
