目的：探讨针刺结合心理健康辅导对围绝经期情志抑郁的影响。方法：将围绝经期情志抑郁患者68例随机分为2组各34例，治疗组采用针刺、心理健康辅导，对照组采用心理健康辅导。观察治疗前后2组患者Gr、HAMD评分变化和临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为88.2%,对照组为65.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺结合心理健康辅导能改善围绝经期患者抑郁症状，较单纯心理健康辅导更有效。

목적：탐토침자결합심리건강보도대위절경기정지억욱적영향。방법：장위절경기정지억욱환자68례수궤분위2조각34례，치료조채용침자、심리건강보도，대조조채용심리건강보도。관찰치료전후2조환자Gr、HAMD평분변화화림상료효。결과：총유효솔치료조위88.2%,대조조위65.5%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：침자결합심리건강보도능개선위절경기환자억욱증상，교단순심리건강보도경유효。
Objective:To discuss the influence of acupuncture and psychological counseling on emotional de-pression of the patients during perimenopausal period. Methods: All 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received needling combined with psychological counseling, and the control group psy-chological counseling. Curative effects, the changes of Gr, HAMD scaling in both groups were observed before and after treating. Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, higher than 65.5%of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture and psychological counseling could improve the symptoms of the patients in perimenopausal period, and the therapy is more effective than psychological counseling only.
