目的：观察参麦注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将冠心病心力衰竭患者108例随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例，2组给予常规综合治疗，治疗组同时加用参麦注射液50 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，环磷腺苷葡胺注射液120 mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，疗程均为14天。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.7%，与对照组的79.6%相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比，治疗组治疗后患者心功能好转，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：参麦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭可提高治愈好转率。
目的：觀察參麥註射液聯閤環燐腺苷葡胺註射液治療冠狀動脈粥樣硬化性心髒病(冠心病)心力衰竭的臨床療效。方法：將冠心病心力衰竭患者108例隨機分為治療組和對照組各54例，2組給予常規綜閤治療，治療組同時加用參麥註射液50 mL靜脈滴註，1次/d，環燐腺苷葡胺註射液120 mg加入5％葡萄糖註射液250 mL靜脈滴註，1次/d，療程均為14天。結果：總有效率治療組為90.7%，與對照組的79.6%相比差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。與對照組相比，治療組治療後患者心功能好轉，差異具有統計學意義(P＜0.01)。結論：參麥聯閤環燐腺苷葡胺治療冠心病心力衰竭可提高治愈好轉率。
목적：관찰삼맥주사액연합배린선감포알주사액치료관상동맥죽양경화성심장병(관심병)심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법：장관심병심력쇠갈환자108례수궤분위치료조화대조조각54례，2조급여상규종합치료，치료조동시가용삼맥주사액50 mL정맥적주，1차/d，배린선감포알주사액120 mg가입5％포도당주사액250 mL정맥적주，1차/d，료정균위14천。결과：총유효솔치료조위90.7%，여대조조적79.6%상비차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。여대조조상비，치료조치료후환자심공능호전，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：삼맥연합배린선감포알치료관심병심력쇠갈가제고치유호전솔。
Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of ShenMai injection combined with meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection in the treatment for the patients suffering from coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with heart failure. Methods:All 108 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received comprehensive therapy, the treatment group accepted intravenous dripping of ShenMai injection, 50mL, once per day, meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection, 120mg, and 5%dextrose injection, 250mL, once each day, one course of the treatment was 14 days. Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%, higher than 79.6%of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, NYHA heart function classification of the treatment group was improved, the difference had statistical mean-ing (P<0.01). Conclusion:ShenMai injection combined with meglumine adenosine cyclphosphate injection could improve cure improvement rate in the treatment for CHD complicated with heart failure.
