目的：观察芪军温胆汤对慢性肾衰竭患者血清瘦素水平的影响。方法：将慢性肾衰竭非透析患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。2组患者均接受西医规范治疗，治疗组加服芪军温胆汤治疗，测定2组治疗前后肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清瘦素(Leptin)水平。结果：治疗后治疗组CREA、BUN、Leptin水平下降，ALB水平上升，疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：芪军温胆汤具有改善慢性肾衰竭患者临床症状、肾功能，降低血清瘦素水平，纠正营养不良状态的作用。
목적：관찰기군온담탕대만성신쇠갈환자혈청수소수평적영향。방법：장만성신쇠갈비투석환자60례수궤분위치료조、대조조각30례。2조환자균접수서의규범치료，치료조가복기군온담탕치료，측정2조치료전후기항(CREA)、뇨소담(BUN)、혈청백단백(ALB)、혈홍단백(Hb)、혈청수소(Leptin)수평。결과：치료후치료조CREA、BUN、Leptin수평하강，ALB수평상승，료효우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：기군온담탕구유개선만성신쇠갈환자림상증상、신공능，강저혈청수소수평，규정영양불량상태적작용。
Objective:To find out the effects of QiJun WenDan decoction on serum leptin of the patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods:Sixty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group. Both groups accepted conventional treatment of western medicine, the treatment group took QiJun WenDan decoction, the levels of creatinine (CREA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), albumin (ALB), hemoglobin (Hb) and leptin before and after treating were detected in both groups. Results:After treating, the treatment group was superior to the control group in therapeutic effects (P<0.05), the levels of CREA, BUN and leptin in the treatment group were low-ered, ALB level was raised. Conclusion:QiJun WenDan decoction possess the functions of improving clinical symp-toms of CRF patients, renal function, decreasing the level of serum leptin and correcting the state of malnutrion.
