目的：观察益气通脉片治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的临床疗效。方法：将血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者160例随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组患者予益气通脉片口服，3次/d，6粒/次；对照组患者予复方丹参片口服，3次/d，3片/次；2组均以28天为1个疗程。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.00%，疗效优于对照组的73.75%(P＜0.05)；治疗组患肢的皮温、间歇性跛行、疼痛和踝肱指数有明显改善，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：益气通脉片治疗TAO能有效改善TAO患者的临床缺血症状和体征，具有改善肢体动脉血供的作用。
목적：관찰익기통맥편치료혈전폐새성맥관염(TAO)적림상료효。방법：장혈전폐새성맥관염환자160례수궤분위치료조화대조조각80례。치료조환자여익기통맥편구복，3차/d，6립/차；대조조환자여복방단삼편구복，3차/d，3편/차；2조균이28천위1개료정。결과：총유효솔치료조위85.00%，료효우우대조조적73.75%(P＜0.05)；치료조환지적피온、간헐성파행、동통화과굉지수유명현개선，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：익기통맥편치료TAO능유효개선TAO환자적림상결혈증상화체정，구유개선지체동맥혈공적작용。
Objective:To observe curative effects of YiQi TongMai tablets in treating thromboangiitis obliter-ans (TAO). Methods:All 160 TAO patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group took YiQi TongMai tablets by mouth, three times per day, six pills each time;the control group compound DanShen tablets, three times each day, three pills each time, one course of the treatment was 28 days. Re-sults:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%, superior to 73.75%of the control group (P<0.01);the treatment group was improved evidently in skin temperature, intermittent claudication, pain and ankle-brachial index (ABI), the difference was notable between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:YiQi TongMai tablets in the treatment for TAO could effectively improve body signs and clinical symptoms of the patients, which could improve limb blood supply.
