目的:观察板桥党参水煎液对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠肠黏膜损伤的修复作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)阳性对照组以及板党水煎液高、中、低3个剂量组(600、300、150 mg/kg),每组10只。采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)复合乙酸法复制溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。造模后给药2周,麻醉处死动物,观察大鼠结肠形态变化并测定大鼠结肠重量、肠重指数及肠组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,板党水煎液组和SASP阳性对照组大鼠结肠组织溃疡面积明显缩小,水肿缓解;结肠重量以及肠重指数均明显下降(P<0.05);肠组织SOD含量明显增加(P<0.05),MDA明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:板党水提物能显著缓解2,4-二硝基氯苯复合乙酸所致慢性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜损伤程度,其机制可能与提高机体抗氧化能力有关。
目的:觀察闆橋黨參水煎液對潰瘍性結腸炎模型大鼠腸黏膜損傷的脩複作用。方法:將60隻SD大鼠隨機分為空白對照組、模型對照組、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)暘性對照組以及闆黨水煎液高、中、低3箇劑量組(600、300、150 mg/kg),每組10隻。採用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)複閤乙痠法複製潰瘍性結腸炎大鼠模型。造模後給藥2週,痳醉處死動物,觀察大鼠結腸形態變化併測定大鼠結腸重量、腸重指數及腸組織中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。結果:與模型對照組比較,闆黨水煎液組和SASP暘性對照組大鼠結腸組織潰瘍麵積明顯縮小,水腫緩解;結腸重量以及腸重指數均明顯下降(P<0.05);腸組織SOD含量明顯增加(P<0.05),MDA明顯減少(P<0.05)。結論:闆黨水提物能顯著緩解2,4-二硝基氯苯複閤乙痠所緻慢性潰瘍性結腸炎大鼠結腸黏膜損傷程度,其機製可能與提高機體抗氧化能力有關。
목적:관찰판교당삼수전액대궤양성결장염모형대서장점막손상적수복작용。방법:장60지SD대서수궤분위공백대조조、모형대조조、류담광알필정(SASP)양성대조조이급판당수전액고、중、저3개제량조(600、300、150 mg/kg),매조10지。채용2,4-이초기록분(DNCB)복합을산법복제궤양성결장염대서모형。조모후급약2주,마취처사동물,관찰대서결장형태변화병측정대서결장중량、장중지수급장조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)화병이철(MDA)적함량。결과:여모형대조조비교,판당수전액조화SASP양성대조조대서결장조직궤양면적명현축소,수종완해;결장중량이급장중지수균명현하강(P<0.05);장조직SOD함량명현증가(P<0.05),MDA명현감소(P<0.05)。결론:판당수제물능현저완해2,4-이초기록분복합을산소치만성궤양성결장염대서결장점막손상정도,기궤제가능여제고궤체항양화능력유관。
Objective:To observe the repair of BanQiao DangShen [Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.] de-coction on the damage of intestinal mucosa of rat model with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomized into blank control group, model control group, positive control group of salazosulfapyridine (SASP), high, moderate and low dose groups of BanQiao DangShen (600, 300 and 150mg/kg). Rat model suffering from UC was prepared by DNCB combined with acetic acid method, they were sacrificed after the anesthesia and medicated for two weeks after establishing the models, the contents of SOD and MDA in the intestinal tissue, intestinal weight index and the weight of colons were detected; morphological changes of the colon were observed. Results: Ulcer area of the colon was decreased significantly, the edema was alleviated; colon weight and intestinal weight index were lowered obviously (P<0.05);the contents of SOD in intestinal tissue were increased notably but the contents of MDA were reduced when BanQiao DangShen decoction groups and SASP positive control group were compared with model control group. Conclusion:The decoction of BanQiao DangShen could remarkably relieve the symptoms of the models with chronic UC which is induced by DNCB combined with acetic acid method, and its mechanism might be related to improve oxidation resistance of the body.
