高职专业文化是从业成员经过长期的职业实践积淀形成的职业标准、共同遵守的价值取向和行为规范。它是经过教学法处理并服务于实现人才培养目标的教育文化,具有职业性、多样性、发展性和实践性特征,也是对高职教育技术理性崇拜的反拨,对实现高职教育人才培养目标和培育专业特色具有明显的促进作用。

Professional culture of higher vocational education is professional standard which is formed in a long-term professional practice, and a series of walues and behaviour norms commonly followed. It is a kind of educational culture which is processed by some teaching methods and serves to realize the goal of talent cultivation, characterized by professionalism, diversity, development and practicality. As the backwash to worship of techonology, it accelerates remarkably the realization of the goal of talent cultivation and professional features.
