“宪政”是否有一种“主义”，目前在国内尚存争议，但从思想史或概念史的角度去审视“宪政”的英文对应词“constitutionalism”，在“制度”和“思想史”两种维度上将“constitutional-ism”分别译为“宪政”和“宪政主义”既科学合理，也符合学界的一贯用法。并且，理解作为一种思想观念的宪政主义也能辨识作为制度实践的“宪政”在我国政治或法律进程中的历史方位。
“憲政”是否有一種“主義”，目前在國內尚存爭議，但從思想史或概唸史的角度去審視“憲政”的英文對應詞“constitutionalism”，在“製度”和“思想史”兩種維度上將“constitutional-ism”分彆譯為“憲政”和“憲政主義”既科學閤理，也符閤學界的一貫用法。併且，理解作為一種思想觀唸的憲政主義也能辨識作為製度實踐的“憲政”在我國政治或法律進程中的歷史方位。
“헌정”시부유일충“주의”，목전재국내상존쟁의，단종사상사혹개념사적각도거심시“헌정”적영문대응사“constitutionalism”，재“제도”화“사상사”량충유도상장“constitutional-ism”분별역위“헌정”화“헌정주의”기과학합리，야부합학계적일관용법。병차，리해작위일충사상관념적헌정주의야능변식작위제도실천적“헌정”재아국정치혹법률진정중적역사방위。
It is still controversial whether there is a"doctrine"in"Constitutional".But to examine"constitu-tionalism",the English equivalent of"Constitutional"from the perspective of the history of thought or con-cepts,to translate "constitutional-ism"into "Constitutional"and "constitutionalism"respectively is both sci-entific and reasonable and is also in line with the consistent academic usage in the two dimensions of"system"and "history of thought".Moreover,to think of the constitutional doctrine as a kind of ideology can identify the historical position of"constitutionalism"as institutional practice in China’s political or legal process.
